Koh Tan sits just off the Tong Krut at the south coast of Koh Samui, from here you will travel 10 minutes by speedboat to reach the plot.

It is a designated green zone and nature area and all methods of power must be naturally generated.

This parcel of land is within a beautiful private sheltered cove which at present just has one local fishing family a few hundred metres down the beach, who also run a small Thai restaurant.

The parcel is 16 rai 3 nang in total and is made up of 10 rai 3 nang 26 talang wah of nor sor 3 gor and 5 rai 3 nang 75 talang wah of por bor tor 5.

At the front of the land the centre juts outs into the sea as a small headland with soft sandy beaches either side. From there it gently slopes back up to the top of the mountain giving ocean views from every point.
